I remember being 20 and going to B S and knowing nothing because I had just moved to Austin. This woman who looked like she fell from heaven came over and spread out a towell next to mine, stepped out of her flip flops turned to face me and peeled her top off of the most beautiful pare of brests I have ever gazed upon. I thought I could not have made that much of an impression just lieing there on my back, but she seemed to be doing this for my benfit. I had no idea what I should do, so I just closed my eyes and soaked in the sun. I ended up having a nice afternoon with her. I must have turned fifteen shades of red when it finely came up in the conversation. A friend told me about going out to pick up his paper and the headline was about the passing of the toppless ordinance. Just before he read this he glanced over the top of his paper to see a topless woman jogging toward him. I miss Austin!

Remember it well, I never will forget a class field trip to BS, this was probably in the Spring of 1976 or so. Needless to say, the football coach on that field trip was kept busy peeling all us horny 12 year old boys that were oggling the boobies off of the chainlink fence that surrounded the pool.

I seem to remember that the whole "it's legal to go topless" movement was kicked off by Sheriff Raymond Frank, who was basically elected by students.

Not only do I remember boobies at Barton's, but I remember when they passed that city ordinance where it was legal for females to go topless in the city limits.(is it STILL???) Lotsa the gals started taking it off when they hitchhiked around town (which was a common thing to do in the late '70's). They sure got rides faster!
