The Doc Jones Band

I had the privilidge to be in Austin in 1974 with a band called High Cotton, playing venues like Armadillo and others and again in 1976 with the Doc Jones band playing all originals. We played Sunday nights at Split Rail and recorded 2 "45"'s at an Austin studio I can't remember the name of. I am proud to have been a part of the music scene in Austin during those days and have the best memories of it. Austin is probably the prettiest place I have ever lived.
